Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Greenplum Engineer to join our team at CGI Information Systems and Management Consultants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing data warehousing solutions using Greenplum.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop scalable data warehousing solutions using Greenplum.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design data models.
Develop and maintain large-scale data warehouses using Greenplum.
Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues.
Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and testing procedures.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide technical guidance on data management best practices.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with Greenplum administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
