Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that effectively communicate brand messages across digital, print, and social platforms. This role requires strong creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful visuals that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design creative assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and branding materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate campaign strategies into compelling visuals.
• Create engaging social media creatives, GIFs, reels, thumbnails, and ad banners.
• Design brochures, presentations, infographics, and promotional materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables.
• Stay updated with industry design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
• Coordinate with content creators, copywriters, and digital marketers for seamless execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
• Experience in video editing and motion graphics (Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Familiarity with digital marketing design requirements (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.).
• Ability to interpret briefs creatively and deliver engaging, audience-focused designs.
• Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Prior experience in a marketing agency will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
