Job Description

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the
company
Create 2D Videos
Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces
QA design for errors
Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Build page navigation buttons and search fields
Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin, Quartz.
Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript.
Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, infographics and tables)
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
Create 2D/3D videos in Adobe Illustrator After Effects and Premier Pro
Create Innovative Social media posters, infographics and short videos
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
