Graphics Designer

Seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can not only produce high-quality designs but also manage vendors, production, and branding deliverables efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating brand objectives into visually appealing communication materials and ensuring timely execution through vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Creative Development:

Conceptualize and design marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, posters, social media creatives, banners, standees, and digital ads.

Maintain brand consistency across all print and digital materials.

Support marketing campaigns with innovative and engaging design solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand creative briefs and deliver within timelines.

Vendor & Production Management:

Coordinate with printing, fabrication, and branding vendors for execution of marketing materials.

Evaluate vendor quotations, negotiate costs, and ensure quality output within budget.

Maintain vendor database and track material inventory.

Coordination & Reporting:

Work closely with the marketing and operations teams for campaign requirements.

Share regular status reports and ensure timely completion of all design and production tasks.

Maintain documentation for purchase orders, invoices, and vendor performance.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in graphic design and vendor management (preferably in healthcare, FMCG, or service industry).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign) and Canva.

Strong sense of layout, color theory, typography, and branding.

Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.

Knowledge of print production, material types, and fabrication processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
