Graphics Design Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually appealing graphic designs for various digital and print materials, such as brand identity, advertisements, brochures, facility branding, posters, social media content, and events. Your role will involve maintaining a consistent visual identity aligned with the organization's branding guidelines, developing original visual assets to effectively communicate complex ideas, and participating in brainstorming sessions to share fresh and innovative design perspectives. Key Responsibilities: - Create custom illustrations, infographics, and artwork to enhance content and storytelling. - Develop storyboards or visual representations of conceptual ideas. - Work within project scopes to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and incorporating feedback from art directors, clients, or team members. - Collaborate with the marketing team to share experiences and suggest ideas for improving creative output. - Demonstrate a positive attitude towards constructive criticism and utilize feedback for continuous improvement. - Stay updated with the latest design trends to ensure innovative design solutions. Qualifications: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a relevant design field, preferably in an independent role. - Experience in an IT company is advantageous. - Degree in Communication Design or equivalent work experience. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop) and additional design software. - Knowledge of Adobe AfterEffects and XD is a plus. - Comfortable working in a Windows-based environment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Good presentation skills. - Experience in a creative agency will be beneficial for this role.,
