Graphics Design Specialist

As a Graphic Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphic designs for digital and print materials. This includes brand identity, advertisements, brochures, facility branding, posters, social media content, and events. You will maintain a consistent visual identity that aligns with our branding guidelines and develop custom illustrations, infographics, and artwork to enhance content and storytelling. Your role will involve conceptualizing original visual assets that effectively communicate complex ideas and participating in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas to keep our creative output fresh and innovative. Additionally, you will create storyboards or visual representations of conceptual ideas, work within project scopes to meet deadlines and expectations, and manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure deadlines are met. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and create visually appealing graphic designs for digital and print materials - Maintain a consistent visual identity in line with branding guidelines - Develop custom illustrations, infographics, and artwork - Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives - Create storyboards or visual representations of conceptual ideas - Work within project scopes to meet deadlines and expectations - Manage multiple projects simultaneously - Collaborate with the marketing team to share learning and experience - Deliver work in a timely manner, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement - Stay updated with the latest design trends Qualifications: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a relevant design field - Experience in an IT company is advantageous - Degree in Communication Design or equivalent experience - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop - Additional software knowledge in Adobe After Effects and Adobe XD is a plus - Comfortable working in a Windows-based environment - Good written and verbal English skills - Good presentation skills - Experience from a creative agency is beneficial We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer who is creative, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
