As a multi-skilled Designer & Digital Content Developer at JSA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the online outreach efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to independently coordinate a section on digital content or media platforms, focusing on designing and developing multi-format digital content, and managing communication via mailers, social media, etc. Your keen attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-precision output will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Independently coordinate, execute, and track the development of digital content for assigned tasks and projects from inception to completion. - Conceptualise, produce, and refine digital content across various formats such as videos, animations, infographics, and social media posts. - Develop visually appealing marketing collateral including presentations, reports, flyers, newsletters, and internal/external communications in alignment with the firm's brand guidelines. - Record, edit videos, podcasts, and produce animated thought leadership content. - Format client presentations and other business development documents according to brand guidelines. - Develop, coordinate internal approvals, track, and record internal communications. - Design and create content for social media posts and publish them when required. - Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously to ensure timely delivery of all design projects. - Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure the high-quality output of all printed materials. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, and tools, and incorporate them to enhance the quality of the firm's design output. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Mass Communication. - At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with high volume content, preferably with a digital content platform, digital channel of media publication, or large professional services firm. - Strong design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop. - Knowledge of printing processes and techniques, as well as file preparation. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. In this role, you will work closely with the client and brand development teams to independently produce high-quality digital content, marketing collateral, and ongoing communications. Your responsibilities will include creating presentations, word documents, videos, animations, social media posts, infographics, internal and external mailers, and other marketing materials. It is crucial that all the content you develop aligns with the firm's brand and messaging, is delivered on time, and meets high-quality standards. The ideal candidate for this position would preferably have experience in a corporate role or media houses in a similar capacity and a proven track record of independently coordinating the seamless running of a section of the media website or digital platform. Moreover, you are expected to demonstrate strong professional conduct in line with the professional work culture of a leading law firm and be ready to deliver with passion and flexibility to work beyond office hours when necessary.,
