Position Overview:

WebIndia Master is looking for a talented and creative Web Designer with a strong command of Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and other design tools. The ideal candidate should be passionate about user experience, possess a great visual design sense, and be capable of crafting intuitive and aesthetically pleasing websites that align with client and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling, responsive web layouts and UI components using Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and digital marketing teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final visual designs based on project requirements.
• Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and user experience best practices.
• Translate business needs and user feedback into design strategies and improvements.
• Optimize web designs for usability, performance, and accessibility.
• Maintain consistency across design projects while innovating and exploring creative directions.

Requirements:

• 2-6+ years of experience in web or UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop; Illustrator and After Effects are a plus.
• Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating web design skills across multiple platforms and devices.
• Knowledge of current UI/UX trends and best practices.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing for CMS platforms like WordPress, Magento, or Shopify.
• Knowledge of SEO and web performance best practices.
• Experience working in an agency or fast-paced collaborative environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
