Graphic & UX Designer

As a Graphic & UX Designer at EasyEcom, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing brand assets and designing intuitive user experiences for our SaaS platform. Your responsibilities will include developing high-quality graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and web assets. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales team to deliver engaging creatives that align with our brand identity. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining design guidelines to ensure brand consistency. In this role, you will work alongside product managers and developers to design intuitive user flows and product experiences. You will be involved in creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Conducting user research and usability testing to refine product designs will also be a part of your duties. Furthermore, you will contribute to the design system to provide users with a consistent product experience. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, HCI, or a related field from a reputable college. You should possess at least 3 years of experience in Graphic Design and/or UX/UI Design, preferably in a product-based or SaaS/e-commerce company. A strong portfolio showcasing both visual design (graphics/branding) and UX/UI design projects is essential. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and After Effects) is required. A solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout is expected. Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills, along with the ability to prioritize tasks, are also necessary skills for this role.
