Job Description:

We are looking for a Graphic & UI Faculty with strong knowledge of design tools and UI/UX concepts to train and mentor aspiring designers at our Perambur, Chennai center. The ideal candidate must be passionate about teaching and capable of delivering both creative and technical aspects of web and interface design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and train students in Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Figma.
• Deliver engaging lessons on Graphic Design and UI/UX fundamentals, best practices, and tools.
• Explain complex design concepts using real-time examples and industry-relevant assignments.
• Review, assess, and provide constructive feedback on student assignments and projects.
• Address students queries and ensure conceptual clarity and satisfaction.
• Collaborate in enhancing and updating course material regularly.
• Guide students in understanding industry expectations and career opportunities.
• Encourage creativity, discipline, and innovation in the classroom.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in design tools: Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma .
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Prior teaching or industry experience in graphic design/UI is preferred.
• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
