Graphic Designer/Real Estate

Key Responsibilities: Design engaging creatives for social media, property listings, project updates, and advertisements. Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, project presentations, hoardings, banners, and emailers. Develop visually appealing project branding, including logos, color schemes, and theme concepts for each project. Edit and retouch property images, site photos, interiors/exteriors, and walk-through snapshots. Support the sales team by creating layouts for WhatsApp creatives, pitch decks, and promotional campaigns. Work closely with photographers, videographers, and digital marketers for campaign execution. Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines and maintain a premium real estate look. Keep up with design trends in real estate, luxury projects, and digital marketing. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva. Understanding of real estate design aesthetics—clean, premium, luxurious. Ability to design for luxury residential and commercial projects. Good knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling. Ability to manage multiple projects with quick turnaround time. Strong attention to detail and creativity. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in real estate marketing or property advertising agencies. Knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro/After Effects) is a plus. Familiarity with 3D renders, project elevations, and digital walkthroughs. Education & Experience: Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 1–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in real estate.
