About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience in graphic designing, video editing, form integrations, and a basic understanding of digital ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should be able to support our marketing initiatives with visually compelling content and smooth execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for various digital platforms
• Design and integrate forms (Google Forms, Typeform, CRM forms, etc.) for lead generation campaigns
• Assist in running and monitoring basic digital marketing campaigns (Facebook/Instagram/Google)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas
• Optimize creatives according to platform requirements
• Maintain brand consistency across all content and communication
• Support the team in campaign reporting and analytics

Required Skills

• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
• Experience in video editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and paid campaigns
• Understanding of form creation and integration tools
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail
• Ability to handle multiple projects with deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate industry (added advantage, not mandatory)
• Knowledge of social media trends and marketing strategies

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
