Graphic Designer

What you'll do:

• Develop compelling and creative visual solutions including presentations, logos, brochures, infographics, iconography, posters, web banners, marketing materials, and event collateral for proposals, workshops, and campaigns.
• Demonstrate a keen eye for layout design and maintain awareness of current design trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to translate business concepts and complex ideas into clear, engaging visual narratives.
• Apply a consultative mindset to solve design challenges while ensuring consistent and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, showing flexibility, resilience, and a strong commitment to quality and innovation.
• Approach projects with curiosity, creativity, and a collaborative spirit, embracing challenges that require strategic thinking and team engagement.
• Share design best practices and technical knowledge across teams, offices, and practice areas.

What you''ll Bring:

• Proven expertise in PowerPoint/Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Camtasia, and free-hand illustrations is a strong advantage
• Certifications or diploma in PowerPoint, MS Office, or Adobe tools are a plus
• Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to adapt and deliver in fast-paced, often unstructured environments
• Experience working in collaborative design teams; international or cross-cultural team experience is highly valued
