Role Description

full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Surat, Gujarat

end-to-end creative duties

The role includes developing creative concepts, maintaining consistent brand identity, preparing promotional graphics, editing product photos/videos, and supporting marketing activities with high-quality design assets. You will work directly with the founders and product team to ensure all visuals reflect the brand's premium, clean, and technology-driven identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality creatives for social media, ads, banners, campaigns, and product listings
• Create website graphics, landing page visuals, and UI-support assets
• Develop packaging layouts, product mockups, and promotional materials
• Edit and retouch product photos for e-commerce platforms

• Basic video editing

  for reels, ads, and product showcase videos (Instagram, YouTube, Meta ads)
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visuals
• Support product launches with creative concepts and marketing collaterals
• Manage multiple design tasks independently and deliver within deadlines
• Stay updated with design trends, especially across Indian consumer brands

Qualifications Core Skills

• Strong skills in graphic design, layout, color, typography, and visual communication
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Canva

  , and other design tools
• Ability to create clean, modern, and engaging social media creatives
• Experience in designing website banners, product mockups, and digital marketing assets
• Understanding of branding, composition, and visual storytelling

• Basic to intermediate video editing skills

  (Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut/CapCut/After Effects)
• Knowledge of simple motion graphics is a plus

Preferred Education & Qualification Preferences

Bachelor's degree or diploma in:

• Graphic Design
• Visual Communication
• Fine Arts
• Multimedia / Animation
• B.Des / M.Des from a recognised Indian design institute

NID, NIFT, MIT-ID, Pearl Academy, MSU Baroda

Additional Specific Requirements

• Must be comfortable with an

  office-based role in Surat, Gujarat

• Understanding of Indian consumer aesthetics, e-commerce design styles, and brand trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills in

  English and Hindi

• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, ownership, and teamwork
