UI/UX & Graphics Designer

Responsibilities:

Facilitate the clients product vision by conducting research, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing for digital products.
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, leading to intuitive user experiences.
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Identify design challenges and devise innovative, elegant solutions.
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new features.
Adopt a user-centered design approach and test and iterate on designs rapidly.
Create impactful social media graphics, digital and print designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand and meet project objectives.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in design and user experience.

Requirements:

Experience:
3-5 years of proven experience in UI/UX and graphics design.
Technical Skills:

Expertise in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Figma, Canva.
Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere (plus).
Proficiency in print and digital design, including social media graphics.
Basic understanding of HTML5 (a plus).
