Your role at Weblyte will involve designing and delivering high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms to enhance client engagement, brand recognition, and business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Social Media Design: Creating visually impactful posts, carousels, reels covers, ads, and stories aligned with brand guidelines and target audience expectations. - Branding & Logo Design: Developing complete brand identities including logos, brand kits, and visual style guides for new and existing clients. - Print Media Design: Designing professional print materials such as brochures, flex banners, posters, business cards, and flyers as required. - Creative Concept Development: Translating briefs into original creative solutions, proposing new ideas, and actively contributing to campaign planning discussions. - Consistency & Quality Control: Ensuring all visual assets meet brand standards, maintain consistency across campaigns, and are error-free in both design and content. - Project and Time Management: Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively, and consistently delivering high-quality work within deadlines. - File Management: Maintaining organized project files, delivering correct formats, and following structured file-naming protocols. **Qualifications Required:** - Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Creative Suite applications. - Strong foundation in typography, layout design, color theory, and visual hierarchy. - Ability to design for both digital platforms and print-ready materials. - Bonus Skill: Basic familiarity with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro (optional). Weblyte is relocating to a new office space in Changanacherry. The selected candidate will work remotely for the initial 34 months and transition to a full-time in-office role once the new setup is complete.
