Key Responsibilities: 1. Create engaging designs for social media, including posts, carousels, reel covers, ads, and stories, ensuring brand consistency. 2. Develop brand identities, including logos, brand kits, and visual style guides for clients. 3. Design professional print materials such as brochures, banners, posters, business cards, and flyers. 4. Translate briefs into creative concepts, propose fresh ideas, and contribute to campaign planning. 5. Ensure all visual assets meet quality and brand standards with attention to detail and consistency. 6. Manage multiple design projects efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without compromising quality. 7. Organize and maintain project files, ensuring correct formats and structured file naming. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 1. On-time Delivery: 95% of projects completed on or ahead of schedule. 2. Design Accuracy: 98 %+ first drafts approved with minimal revisions. 3. Creative Innovation: Propose 2-3 new ideas for each major project. 4. Brand Consistency: Ensure 100% adherence to client brand guidelines. 5. Client Satisfaction: Consistently receive positive internal feedback or client testimonials. Skills Required: 1. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and the Creative Suite. 2. Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy. 3.
