Job Description

- Study design briefs and determine requirements - Conceptualize visuals based on requirements - Prepare rough drafts and present ideas - Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software - Review final layouts and ensure strong composition skills - Research-based work and keep up with creative design trends and social media handles - Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps - Design graphic user interface elements (e.g., menus, tabs, widgets) - Design landing pages, banners, ads for websites and social media - Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look - Work with copywriters and creative directors to produce final designs - Produce creatives for print-ready as per requirement - Deliver high-quality designs with quick turnaround times - Open to feedback and willing to work accordingly to produce required results Technical Skills - Proficiency in design software and technologies, including: - Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign etc.) - Familiarity with Figma & Canva is a plus - Proven graphic designing experience or visualizer background - Keen eye for aesthetics and details - Understanding of fundamentals of UI/UX - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines - Portfolio showcasing varied skillsets is compulsory - Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus
