About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a good understanding of instructional design principles, and the ability to bring learning content to life through impactful visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually engaging and instructionally sound assets for e-learning modules
• Work collaboratively with instructional designers and developers to create cohesive visual experiences
• Create layouts, illustrations, icons, and user interface elements using tools like

  Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and e-learning standards
• Adapt and optimize graphics based on feedback and usability requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience

  in graphic design, with a focus on e-learning content
• Hands-on experience in

  Articulate Storyline

  is a must
• Proficiency in

  Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma

• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, and layout design
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
