We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer
to join our team and create innovative and high-quality designs for our apparel collections. You will collaborate closely with the design and product development teams to ensure our designs meet production standards and align with brand guidelines. You ll be responsible for producing original graphics for various apparel items, including chest prints and all-over prints (AOP), while staying current with industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest

Collaboration with Product Development:
- Work closely with the

to ensure that your designs are production-ready
, meet technical specifications, and adhere to quality standards. - Coordinate with product teams to ensure the designs are feasible within manufacturing and production processes.

Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all designs adhere to
brand guidelines
and maintain consistency across all product lines

File Management:
- Maintain
organized records of design files
and assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived for future reference and updates.

Design Software Proficiency:
- Use
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) proficiently to create and refine designs. - Leverage advanced features of design software to craft detailed, high-quality graphics for production.

Production Process Knowledge:
- Demonstrate a strong
understanding of apparel production processes
and techniques to ensure designs are adaptable to manufacturing requirements.

Color Theory and Typography:
- Apply a
strong knowledge of color theory, typography

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in
Graphic Design

, or a related field (preferred). - 2-4 years of experience in
graphic design

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). -
Strong understanding of apparel production processes
and garment design techniques. - Knowledge of

. - Strong attention to detail and ability to produce

Experience with AOP designs

Preferred Qualifications:
