Job Description

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design:
Design high-quality social media creatives, branding materials, and marketing assets using Photoshop and Illustrator.
Video Editing & Motion Graphics:
Edit engaging videos for clients and create compelling motion graphics/animations using Premiere Pro and After Effects (Mandatory Skill).
AI Implementation:
actively use modern
Generative AI tools
to enhance creativity and speed up the design/editing workflow.
Client Coordination:
Understand client requirements effectively and translate brief concepts into visual reality.
Project Execution:
Work directly with the founder and team to deliver high-standard outputs within deadlines.

Required Candidate Profile:

Experience:
Minimum
1 year
preferred. However,
Freshers
with exceptional talent and a creative portfolio are strongly encouraged to apply.
Education:
No degree restrictions. We value
talent, creativity, and skill
over academic qualifications.
Technical Skills (Must Have):

Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (Advanced)
Adobe Premiere Pro (Advanced)
Adobe After Effects (Strong Motion Graphics skills)
AI Tools Proficiency
(Ability to use AI for generation/editing)
