Graphic Designer & Video Editor

As a Graphic Designer & Video Editor at Mindcog, you will play a crucial role in independently designing impactful visuals that align with our brand identity and business objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Independently conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality visuals for presentations, reports, proposals, marketing collaterals, and digital campaigns. - Translating complex data, insights, and strategies into clear, engaging infographics, charts, and visual narratives. - Developing branding and identity elements for clients and internal projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. - Creating designs for web, social media, and print as required. - Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines without supervision. - Editing and producing podcasts, reels/shorts, and video snippets for digital platforms. - Adding subtitles, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance videos. - Repurposing long-form content into short, engaging formats for social media. - Maintaining quality in both visuals and audio while suggesting creative improvements. - Ensuring design consistency, attention to detail, and brand alignment across all projects. - Taking initiative in suggesting creative approaches, innovative formats, and visual improvements to enhance impact. Qualifications required for this role are: - Bachelors degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field. - 1+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer & Video Editor (preferably in consulting, corporate, or professional services environment). - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, Figma, or similar tools. - Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand communication. - Ability to create clean, minimal, corporate-style visuals suitable for business and consulting audiences. - Ability to think creatively and develop new concepts. - Experience in designing professional presentations, infographics, and reports. - Skilled in video editing, podcast editing, and social media content creation. - Knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, and audio enhancement. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal or no guidance. Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: - Understanding of corporate/consulting sector visual standards.
