As a Graphic Designer + Video Editor at Marketing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in scaling D2C fashion and healthcare brands through performance marketing. Your primary focus will be on creating compelling visuals and engaging videos that drive clicks, sales, and brand growth. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for designing scroll-stopping static creatives, ad banners, social media posts, YouTube thumbnails, as well as editing captivating short-form and long-form videos for ads, reels, and brand content. Working closely with the marketing and strategy team, you will align visual content with campaign goals to ensure maximum impact across various platforms such as Meta Ads, Instagram, and YouTube. It will be essential to stay updated with design and video trends, particularly in the D2C, fashion, and healthcare sectors. To excel in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in both graphic design and video editing. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects is a must. A strong portfolio showcasing your work in visual design and edited video content will be required. Additionally, you should possess a solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement, along with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
