Job Title :- Junior Graphic and Video Editor

The Junior Graphic and Video Editor will be an integral member of our creative team, responsible for designing and producing engaging visual content across digital and multimedia platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of fundamental design principles and proficiency in core video editing and graphic software. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, translating creative briefs into polished, on-brand visual assets.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Production:

• Assemble raw video footage into cohesive and visually appealing final products, ensuring logical sequence and smooth transitions.
• Apply basic color correction, audio mixing, and sound design to enhance video quality.
• Incorporate and animate static graphics, lower thirds, titles, and motion elements into video projects.
• Optimize video exports for various platforms (e.g., social media, website, presentations) to ensure maximum quality and efficient file size.
• Maintain an organized library of media assets, project files, and raw footage.

Graphic Design & Visual Content:

• Design engaging visual assets for digital marketing channels, including social media posts, reels, display ads, website banners, and email newsletters.
• Develop concepts and layouts for presentations, reports, and internal communication materials.
• Ensure all graphic content strictly adheres to established brand identity and style guidelines.
• Perform photo retouching, manipulation, and resizing as needed.

Collaboration & Workflow:

• Work closely with marketing, content, and creative leads to understand project objectives and timelines.
• Proactively incorporate feedback from stakeholders and senior team members into design and video revisions.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, industry software updates, and platform best practices (e.g., social media video specs).

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years of proven professional experience in a graphic design or video editing role (internships and substantial portfolio work may count toward this).
• Education: A degree or certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Film Production, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Software Proficiency (Mandatory): Demonstrated expertise in the core Adobe Creative Suite applications:
• Video: Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro.
• Graphics: Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design examples (branding, digital assets) and edited video reels.
• Foundational Skills: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and fundamental video storytelling techniques.
• Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Baner, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
