Graphic Designer cum Video Editor

Key Responsibilities:

• Design graphics and reels for digital marketing and branding team

• Make creatives and reels in different aspect ratios, dimensions, sizes, formats that are suitable for Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and Google Ads

• Develop visuals consistent with the hospitals brand identity.
• Collaborate with marketing team and other departments for getting the work done
• Ensure high-quality design output within timelines.
• Maintain proper database of designs, reels and creatives
• Make use of AI to make better designs
• Stay updated with design trends and healthcare communication best practices.
• Create web and social media graphics optimized for search visibility.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in making creatives and reels for Google Ads and social media
• Proficient in software and tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Canva, FreePick, Envato etc.

• Experience in healthcare industry or service industry is preferred

• Good communications skills in Hindi or English
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork skills
