Graphic Designer & Video Editor

We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Reels and Video Editor to join our dynamic content team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for creating engaging short-form video content for Instagram. In this role, you will be responsible for producing two high-quality Reels daily, utilizing AI-generated footage and information sourced from our website. This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy editor who is proficient in video editing and interested in the intersection of AI and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Daily Reel Production: Create and edit two engaging and on-brand Instagram Reels per day.
• AI-Powered Content Creation: Utilize AI tools and platforms (such as text-to-video generators) to source and create video footage based on informational content from our website and prompts from tools like ChatGPT.
• Content Adaptation: Transform written information and data from our website into visually appealing and easy-to-understand video narratives.
• Video Editing: Perform all aspects of video post-production, including trimming, splicing, adding text overlays, graphics, music, and sound effects to enhance the final product.
• Trend Integration: Stay up-to-date with the latest Instagram Reels trends, features, and best practices to ensure our content is fresh, relevant, and optimized for engagement.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all video content aligns with our brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of video assets, including raw footage, edited videos, and audio files.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of Reels and provide insights for content improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work, particularly short-form video content for social media platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts.
• Video Editing Software Proficiency: Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or other professional editing tools.
• AI Tool Familiarity (Highly Desirable): Experience or a strong willingness to learn and work with AI video generation tools (e.g., Synthesia, InVideo, etc.) and an understanding of how to use text prompts to generate video content.
• Creative Storytelling: A strong sense of narrative, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail to ensure high-quality, error-free video output.
• Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight daily deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the content team.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote setting.
