Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

• Designing static and carousel creatives for social media campaigns.
• Resizing and adapting creatives for multiple platforms.
• Creating event-specific collaterals, brochures, and digital ads.
• Supporting marketing campaigns with high-quality visual content.
• Ensuring brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders for timely deliverables

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in

  Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (including 3D capabilities), and Canva.

• Working knowledge of the latest AI-based design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL•E, Figma AI, and Runway (or similar).
• Strong ideation and conceptualization skills, with the ability to create original and impactful designs.
• Expertise in designing social media creatives, hoardings, brochures, PPTs, event collaterals, print ads, and other marketing materials.
• Capability to manage workload independently, meet deadlines, and ensure quality standards.
• Ability to maintain proper reporting of work progress and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
