Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our Ahmedabad studio. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets for print, digital, and branding projects, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure design consistency and excellence. You will also leverage AI‑based creative tools, including ChatGPT, to enhance ideation and streamline your workflow.

Responsibilities

· Interpret creative briefs and translate them into engaging designs and layouts (branding, marketing collateral, social media, digital, print, etc.)

· Develop icons, visual assets, typography, and compositions in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW

· Use AI tools (e.g. generative image models, ChatGPT) for concept generation, variation, and creative support

· Prepare design files for print (bleed, color separation, resolution, format) and collaborate with vendors

· Adapt assets for digital platforms (web, mobile, social media) while optimizing for performance

· Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables

· Receive feedback, iterate on designs, and deliver final versions within project deadlines

· Present design concepts, explaining rationale and design thinking

· Stay updated on design trends, tools, industry best practices, and AI innovations

Qualifications & Skills

· 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a graphic design role

· Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW

· Familiarity or experience using AI creative tools and ChatGPT in the design process

· Solid grounding in design fundamentals: layout, typography, color, composition

· Experience in print workflows (prepress, file setup, color management) and digital asset optimization

· Excellent visual communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to take constructive feedback, multitask, and meet tight deadlines

· Creativity, attention to detail, and a growth mindset

Assessment

Following the interview, candidates will be required to complete a studio test (approx. 2–3 hours). This exercise is designed to assess your technical skills, creativity, speed, and ability to ideate under constraints.
