Graphic Designer Trainee

As a Graphic Designer Trainee at MotionGility in Indore (On-site), you will be part of a team of creative professionals dedicated to bringing visual concepts to life. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working on real client projects, honing your skills in branding, social media creatives, digital ads, and visual storytelling. Your responsibilities will include assisting in designing visual content for digital platforms such as social media, ads, and presentations, supporting the senior design team in creative research and concept development, adapting and revising designs based on feedback, participating in brainstorming sessions and design reviews, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. To excel in this role, you should possess basic knowledge of design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva, have a portfolio showcasing academic/personal projects or freelance work, exhibit good communication skills, and demonstrate discipline, punctuality, and eagerness to learn. Preferred qualities include being a creative thinker with a strong visual sense, having a passion for graphic design and a growth mindset, being open to feedback and improvements, and showing interest in branding, marketing, or visual storytelling.
