About the Role:

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for branding, marketing materials, brochures, and client presentations.
• Design engaging creatives, posts, stories, and reels for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create high-quality visuals for real estate listings, project renders, walkthroughs, and interior design concepts.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand design requirements and deliver on-brand creatives.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across digital and print platforms.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (Real Estate/Interior Design industry experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects/ Premiere Pro a plus).
• Knowledge of Canva, Figma or similar tools for quick designs.
• Understanding of social media platforms and content aesthetics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
