Role Summary
We are looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Design Specialist to join our creative team at The Growth Monks. This individual will play a key role in designing visuals that support both our internal marketing and our clients’ branding needs. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented designer who can create compelling graphics, design impactful logos, and edit images to elevate our client offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop unique and engaging graphics for social media, web, and print.
- Design logos, branding materials, and other visual assets in line with client requirements.
- Edit and enhance images for various campaigns, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to produce designs that align with campaign goals and brand identity.
- Manage multiple projects with efficiency and meet deadlines consistently.
- Contribute creative ideas and solutions to elevate visual storytelling.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in graphic design software: Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Demonstrated experience in logo design, branding, and image editing.
- Solid portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across different mediums.
- Knowledge of digital marketing design principles and best practices is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of video editing software like Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus.
