Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong Motion Design skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of hands-on experience in creating visually engaging designs and motion graphics for digital platforms. You should be comfortable working with After Effects and other design tools, and be able to translate ideas into compelling visual stories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and branding
• Design and develop motion graphics, animations, reels, and explainer videos
• Edit videos and add animations, transitions, and visual effects using After Effects
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and social media teams to understand creative requirements
• Conceptualize ideas and execute them from initial brief to final delivery
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs and motion content
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and motion techniques
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design and Motion Design
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience creating short-form videos, social media reels, animations, and ads
• Basic understanding of video editing, sound syncing, and transitions
• Ability to visualize concepts and convert them into engaging visuals
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Good to Have (Preferred Skills):

• Experience with UI/UX basics
• Knowledge of 3D tools (Blender/Cinema 4D – a plus)
• Experience working with brand guidelines
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media trends
• Storyboarding and script visualization skills
