Graphic Designer

Real estate branding agency experience will be prefer.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design advertising creatives for social media, print ads, brochures, presentations, outdoor campaigns, packaging, and digital promotions.
• Collaborate with the visualiser, copywriter, and account team to convert briefs into engaging visuals.
• Use AI-powered tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Canva AI, ChatGPT) for idea generation, design automation, and content enhancement.
• Adapt AI-generated visuals into final artwork while maintaining originality and brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with latest trends in graphic design, digital marketing, and AI applications.
• Work on multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet client deadlines.
• Prepare final files for print, digital release, and online platforms.

Required Software & AI Tools Knowledge

Design Software:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• CorelDRAW / Figma / Premiere Pro / After Effects (as required)

AI Knowledge:

• Familiarity with AI-based design tools such as:
• Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Canva AI, Figma AI plugins
• AI tools for layout & branding automation
• ChatGPT or similar tools for ideation, captioning & creative strategy
• Understanding how to refine and humanise AI outputs for final production.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or similar.
• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in an advertising agency).
• Portfolio mandatory (showcasing design work and/or AI-assisted creatives).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
