Create high-quality YouTube thumbnails, social media creatives, and other digital assets as per platform size guidelines. Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute design ideas. Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications. Edit, retouch, and enhance images for print and digital use. Work on both print designs (flyers, standees, brochures) and digital designs (ads, thumbnails, infographics, presentations). Required Skills & Knowledge:Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. Strong understanding of thumbnail design and standard dimensions for platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Creativity with the ability to adapt designs for an educational audience.
