Graphic Designer

Job Description:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and brand-consistent graphics for a variety of digital and print media. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, experience with graphic design software, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development:

Create compelling and effective designs for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email templates, web banners, and infographics.

Develop print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and business cards.

Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute designs that align with marketing strategies and brand guidelines.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and contribute to a cohesive visual identity.

Maintain and update brand assets, including logos, fonts, and color palettes.

Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

Work closely with other departments to gather requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business objectives.

Creative Input:

Provide creative input and recommendations during brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings.

Stay current with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the IT or technology sector.

Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Experience with web design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma) is a plus.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,439.59 - ₹30,000.00 per month
