Role & responsibilities

Graphic Design:

  • Develop and create visually appealing designs for diverse digital and print media, including social media posts, brochures, banners, advertisements, and presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and design compelling promotional materials.
  • Design engaging layouts, illustrations, infographics, and icons.
  • Ensure unwavering consistency and alignment with our brand's visual identity across all assets.
  • Manage the entire design process, from initial brainstorming to final product delivery, ensuring all projects meet deadlines and quality standards.

Motion Graphics & Animation:

  • Conceptualize, design, and execute compelling motion graphics and animations for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, and campaigns.
  • Create full animated videos from concept to completion, utilizing a strong understanding of storytelling through motion graphics and 2D/3D animation.
  • Bring static designs to life through dynamic motion, adding visual effects, transitions, and character animation.
  • Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and project managers to produce engaging animated stories and promotions.
  • Work with various video and animation formats, optimizing content for different platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, cutting-edge animation techniques, and new tools to create innovative and visually striking content.

Video Editing:

  • Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for social media, websites, and campaigns.
  • Seamlessly integrate motion graphics and 2D/3D animation into live-action footage to enhance storytelling and visual appeal.
  • Select and arrange footage, add graphics, apply color correction, and mix audio to achieve a cohesive and professional final product.
  • Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and project managers to produce engaging video stories and promotions.
  • Work with various video formats, optimizing content for different platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, video editing techniques, and new tools to create cutting-edge visuals.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and sales, to understand creative needs and design briefs.
  • Receive and effectively implement feedback, iterating on designs, animations, and edits until final approval.
  • Maintain a well-organized library of graphic, motion graphics, animation, and video assets for easy retrieval and future use.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring all timelines and objectives are met.

Brand Consistency and Innovation:

  • Ensure all visual content, including motion graphics, animations, and video edits, strictly adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table to keep our brand visually compelling and modern.
  • Experiment with new design, animation, and video trends to create captivating content that stands out
