Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Create visually engaging designs for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and branding assets
• Develop graphics, illustrations, GIFs, and short-form video content for social media and web use
• Ensure brand consistency across all design materials.
  

Social Media Management

• Manage company presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns
• Write and design posts, stories, and reels to drive engagement
• Track analytics and prepare reports to measure performance and optimize strategies
• Respond to community interactions and coordinate with cross-functional teams for campaigns.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Design, Mass Communication, or related field
• 25 years of experience in graphic design and social media management
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects) or similar tools (Canva, Figma)
• Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and content best practices
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
• Good written and verbal communication skills
