Job Summary:

Shag Infotech is hiring a Part-Time Graphic Designer Trainer to deliver daily 1-hour training sessions to students or professionals who want to build their skills in graphic design. The ideal candidate is a working professional or freelancer with a passion for design and mentoring. This is a great opportunity to shape future designers while managing your own flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily 1-hour training sessions (Monday to Friday).
• Teach design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
• Explain key design concepts: typography, color theory, layout, branding, and composition.
• Guide learners through assignments and hands-on design projects.
• Provide timely feedback and evaluate students’ progress.
• Create or adapt training content and materials as needed.
• Stay updated with design trends and share industry insights.
• Maintain attendance records and basic progress reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
• Good communication and teaching skills.
• Prior teaching or training experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage time effectively and maintain learner engagement in a short training window.
