About us:

We have a full-time role available for a creative Graphic Designer to join our high performing Marketing Team at Sanjivini Super Speciality Hospital! This role is key in shaping the hospital’s brand identity and enhancing communication through visual storytelling.

Your Role:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that communicates the hospital’s message effectively across various print and digital platforms.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design a wide range of materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, newsletters, infographics, banners, signage, and reports.
• Develop digital content for website, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and internal communication platforms.
• Collaborate with medical staff to create patient education materials that are visually engaging and easy to understand.
• Assist in the design of event materials such as invitations, programs, and backdrops for hospital events or health fairs.
• Ensure all visual content adheres to the hospital’s branding, tone, and messaging.
• Work with external vendors (printers, agencies) to ensure high-quality production of marketing materials.
• Work closely with the marketing team, communications staff, and department heads to understand design needs and deliver projects on time.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to marketing campaigns.
• Prioritize tasks based on project deadlines and stakeholder needs.
• Maintain an organized archive of all creative assets, templates, and files.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in healthcare
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
