As a Graphic Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message in the manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities: - Develop high-quality graphics for brochures, catalogs, websites, and social media tailored to the manufacturing industry. - Ensure all designs align with guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions meeting business objectives. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications. - Stay updated on industry design trends to enhance the quality of visual communications. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - 1-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. - Strong portfolio showcasing design skills relevant to the manufacturing industry. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present design concepts effectively. - Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics to produce high-quality designs. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with video editing and motion graphics using tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro. - Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering software for product visualization. - Understanding of user experience and user interface design principles. - Knowledge of the manufacturing industry's visual communication needs and standards.
