Graphic Designer

As a talented and experienced Graphic Designer, you will lead creative design initiatives across marketing, branding, and digital channels. Your role involves taking concepts from idea to execution, ensuring all designs align with the company's vision and brand guidelines. This hands-on role requires strong creativity, attention to detail, and leadership skills. - Lead design projects from concept to final deliverables, ensuring quality and on-time delivery. - Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for consistency across all visual communications. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to produce engaging graphics enhancing campaigns. - Mentor junior designers, providing creative guidance and sharing best practices. - Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques for continuous innovation. - Review and provide feedback on design assets produced by the team. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. - 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment. - Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital and print work. - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with Figma, Sketch, or similar tools. - Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. - Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is advantageous. - Strong communication skills and the ability to present concepts clearly. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.,
