Graphic Designer

We are seeking a skilled Graphics Designer to join our creative team. This role focuses on producing high-quality visual assets for demand generation campaigns, blog posts, website hero images, landing pages, slide presentations, and more. The ideal candidate will have 46 years of experience in graphic design, a strong portfolio, and a proven ability to deliver on-brand visuals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and produce compelling images for digital marketing campaigns, including demand generation, blogs, website hero sections, and landing pages
• Create highly personalized visuals for slide presentations and other internal/external communications
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and web teams to understand project requirements and deliver assets that align with brand guidelines
• Edit and optimize graphics for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency in style, color, and quality across all materials
• Review and proof all graphics for accuracy, resolution, and adherence to specifications before final delivery
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines

The Ideal Candidate Has

• 4–6 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a digital marketing or production environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital graphics for web, campaigns, and presentations
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus
• Solid understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and brand identity principles
• Experience preparing graphics for both web and print, including knowledge of file formats, color management (CMYK/RGB), and image optimization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to interpret feedback and iterate designs accordingly
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote or distributed team
• Technical proficiency in systems integration and API-based tools.
• Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
