Graphic Designer (Pharma Experience Required)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that adheres to strict regulatory guidelines while effectively communicating complex medical and scientific information. This role requires a strong portfolio, a keen eye for detail, and a thorough understanding of the unique challenges and compliance requirements of the pharma sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Concept Development: Create high-quality visual content for a variety of media, including digital advertisements, social media graphics, websites, and print materials (e.g., brochures, packaging, event booths).
• Branding & Compliance: Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and, most importantly, adheres to the strict legal and regulatory standards of the pharmaceutical industry.
• Content Creation: Work closely with the marketing, medical, and legal teams to transform scientific data and marketing messages into clear, visually engaging graphics.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Collaboration: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to continuously improve the quality of our work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a mandatory focus on the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Expert-level proficiency with design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects, with examples of work created for the pharma industry.
• A solid understanding of regulatory requirements, medical terminology, and data visualization best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design choices and concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
