Graphic Designer Job Opening at Palettal - Design Studio We’re on the lookout for a multi-skilled Graphic Designer with advanced video editing skills to join our dynamic and growing creative team. This role goes beyond design — it’s about storytelling through visuals , adapting to new-age tools like AI , and delivering standout work across multiple platforms. As part of the creative team, you’ll work on a variety of branding, print, and digital projects — including social media creatives, motion graphics, ads, reels, brochures, web assets , and more. What You’ll Do : Create compelling graphic designs for digital & print (branding, ads, packaging, brochures, etc.) Design and edit high-impact videos and reels for marketing and social media Collaborate closely with the content, strategy, and creative teams to develop concepts Execute motion graphics and basic animations for logo intros, lower thirds, etc. Manage multiple design projects with attention to detail and timely delivery Use AI tools (like Adobe Firefly, RunwayML, Midjourney, etc.) to enhance and expedite creativity Maintain brand consistency across platforms Must-Have Skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite : Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects Bonus: DaVinci Resolve , Final Cut Pro, or other tools Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy Video editing : Cutting, syncing, transitions, overlays, and storytelling Familiarity with design trends and digital-first thinking Good at multi-tasking and managing creative deadlines Strong communication & feedback-handling abilities Preferred Bonus Skills Motion graphics & animation AI-based design workflows 3D modeling or visual effects Photo retouching & color correction Sound design/music alignment Who We’re Looking For 1–2 years of professional design experience Strong design and video editing portfolio (please include links) Self-motivated, adaptable, and a problem-solver under pressure Willingness to learn new tools and push creative boundaries Works well independently and as part of a team Open to feedback, growth, and creative experimentation Work Culture & Benefits Work alongside a creative and passionate core team Hands-on exposure to diverse industries and dynamic projects A culture of continuous learning , creative freedom, and ownership Direct reporting to the Creative Director with active mentorship Location & Working Hours : Base location, S.V.
