Graphic Designer - Packaging Designing

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing packaging artwork for Personal Care products in the FMCG industry. Your main focus will be to develop visually appealing designs while ensuring brand consistency and compliance with packaging regulations. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality packaging solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop packaging artwork for various product categories. - Adapt designs for multiple SKUs while maintaining brand consistency. - Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors and printers. - Ensure compliance with packaging regulations such as FSSAI and barcodes. - Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and regulatory departments. - Stay updated on design trends and packaging innovations to enhance the visual appeal of products. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the personal care industry. - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is a must. - Understanding of print processes, die-lines, and color management. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects effectively. - Prior experience in Packaging Designing with knowledge of Key Line Drawing (KLD). - A design-related qualification would be a plus. - A portfolio showcasing relevant packaging work is mandatory for consideration.
