Key Responsibilities:

• Designing engaging and brand-consistent graphics for various platforms.
• Story making and post creation.
• Developing monthly content calendars and ensuring timely execution as per calendar schedules.
• Applying creative thinking for the development of fresh design concepts.
• Creating marketing materials including posters, banners, social media posts, and other collateral.
• Maintaining and updating design archives and liaising with internal teams for design requirements.
• Awareness of Proper Reporting.

Requirements (Skills & Personal Attributes):

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Canva

Understanding of UI & UX principles, & Midjourney & Freepik (these skills are negotiable, if the candidate have it will be a plus point)

Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities

Knowledge of Colour Theory, Typography, and Image Manipulation techniques

Perspective of designing & visual storytelling
