We’re building a strong creative team to support our mission of transforming lives through content, design, and innovation. Role Overview We are looking for a Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our in-house creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate ideas into effective visual communication across digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities Design visual content for social media, website, ads, emailers, and other brand collaterals Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver high-impact creatives Manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines Stay updated with design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table Work on video creatives and basic motion graphics (preferred but not mandatory) Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field 2–3 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in D2C or startup environment) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy Good communication and time-management skills Portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and mediums
