Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Deliver 3D and 2D motion designs with precision and exceptional quality.

• Collaborate with marketing team to understand project objectives and requirements.

• Generate creative ideas and concepts for motion graphic projects.

• Create compelling and visually appealing motion graphics using industry-standard software.

• Along with motion graphics, the candidate should be open to design high-quality illustrations, social media posts, infographics, and other graphic elements to enhance visual communication.

• Develop animations, transitions, and visual effects that enhance the overall storytelling.

• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all motion graphics.

• Translate concepts into storyboards to effectively communicate the vision.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to motion graphics.

• Utilize advanced skills in animation, 3D modeling, and visual effects to push the creative boundaries.

• Should be flexible, responsive and be able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and successful project outcomes.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas and concepts for design projects.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent working knowledge of software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

Knowledge of Corel Draw and AI based tools will be a plus.

• 2-3 years of proven motion graphic design experience.

• Bachelors degree in graphic design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion graphic projects.

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and other relevant tools.

• Excellent understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and storytelling.

• Knowledge of designing static social media posts, infographics, and other graphic elements is a plus.
