About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in creating visually appealing designs for marketing materials, digital platforms, and client communications. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver high-quality visuals that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements and design digital/print assets (social media posts, brochures, banners, flyers, etc.).
• Create engaging and innovative designs for promotional materials, websites, and client presentations.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design projects while adhering to company guidelines.
• Maintain and update existing designs based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Handle multiple design projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Work with the creative director to ensure alignment with the overall brand strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, new software, and industry best practices.
• Assist in other design-related tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Competencies

Communication :

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with marketing and content teams.
• Ability to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs.

**Technical & Operational :

• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Familiarity with web design tools, basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to create and manage design files, ensuring all designs are ready for both print and digital use.

Behavioral:

• Creative, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Adaptable and open to feedback.

• Quality and creativity of designs produced.

• Ability to collaborate and contribute to team brainstorming sessions.

Tools & Technology

You will be expected to use the company’s design software (Adobe Creative Suite), project management tools, and communication platforms to collaborate with the team and manage your work.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant experience in graphic design (preferred).

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing or advertising (freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).
• Candidates with completed courses or certifications in graphic design (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, UI/UX, etc.) are welcome to apply,
