About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Design attractive and functional packaging that enhances the customer experience while aligning with the brand's identity 2. Develop and maintain a strong visual identity, ensuring design consistency across all brand materials 3. Edit product shots to meet high-quality standards for e-commerce platforms, social media, and marketing materials 4. Align with brand aesthetics and uphold the quality and elegance that define Mesmerize India 5. Use the Pen Tool to craft detailed vector graphics, clean cutouts, and intricate design elements 6. Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to understand customer preferences and incorporate feedback into design concepts 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to keep designs fresh and competitive Requirements: 1. Have proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, product packaging, and digital design 2. Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc) 3. Display expert-level efficiency with the Pen Tool for precision-based design work 4. Possess strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition 5. Create visually appealing, on-brand designs that engage and resonate with the target audience 6. Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams 7. Show attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects 8.
